The only patch of grass near the property is directly out the front door, keep walking straight towards the freeway you will get there in a 1/4 mile or so. It's along the sidewalk along the frontage road.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past for work and was never aware it was per friendly. Friendly is the operative word here, our receptionist welcomed us and was very excited to meet the dogs and made a point of coming out to greet them. The Dogs had a great time!
