      Good stay

      We were downstairs and could walk right out the door to walk the dog. Beautiful grounds to take her for exercise. Floors of our room were tile which was nice. Sat outside with dog at restaurant and pool cafe. Staff was friendly. Note: Pool has strange limited hours due to COVID regime.

      Convenient, Comfortable, Friendly Staff

      Currently about to check out of our stay in Omni Rancho Las Palmas with our toddler and 22lb basenji. Within minutes of check in, they brought us food and water bowls to our room on the first floor of building 31. The property is loaded with grassy areas including a patio directly outside of our room which makes trips outside very convenient, as the resort is a spread out casitas style layout instead of a single building. Our son loved the Splashtopia water park and overall we would love to come here again with or without our dog in tow. The room (king with couch) was comfortable and clean.
