      Easy to use

      Booking through BringFido was super easy. Once we checked we brought in the bags and dogs. Settled into room only to receive a phone call telling us that I didn’t disclose that we had dogs and we were in a non-pet friendly room and we would need to move. I explained that I booked through BringFido and was told that everything was taken care of. I apologized for not saying we had dogs and I had paid an extra $50. I never try to sneak in my dogs! After we started packing up, they called again and said they had nowhere to move since all pet-friendly rooms were booked so we got to stay in the original room. They apologized for the inconvenience. In the morning, I took my email that said everything was taken care of and that was why I didn’t disclose the dogs. We left happy but was kinda embarrassing.

      They do have some pet-friendly rooms

      We stayed in a pet-friendly room on the first floor. Very large, clean and nice. Highly recommend!
