Booked this place because it was on this website. There’s no pet relief area and nowhere for a dog to do it’s business anywhere close. Dog has to go to the bathroom at night? Walk on the street! My wife actually took the dog home 2 hours away instead of spending the night! Good thing we had two cars!
Omg the best service! Super nice staff. Helpful with recommendations and making your stay easier. I haven’t had service like this in a long time. They brought us dog beds and bowls as well as a door sign to signal that we have a dog. Clean rooms + facility as well as artsy/Instagrammable decor. It’s located right in union square right next to a Sephora/urban outfitters/Burger King and across the street from a mall. They have a gym that you can book ahead of time with 1 hour time slots good for each family. They have an hour time slot in between sessions for cleaning. They unfortunately don’t have breakfast right now because of covid, but you’re right next to tons of food places. Parking is available but only valet. We parked two blocks up for $39/day with in and out privileges. Last but def not least they have a robot!! Just call 0 ask whatever you want and the robot calls you on your hotel phone that he’s outside with the items. Super cute. Highly recommend!
