      Friendly staff

      This hotel staff was very friendly. Very accommodating for pets. The hotel was worn and poorly maintained. Our heat did not work and they couldn’t fix it while we were there. Thankfully they provided an extra blanket. The hallway carpets needed a good cleaning and the walls doors and floors were worn and needed repair. Several towels were stained. Thankfully we are there for only one night and spent little time in the room. Lyft driver warned us not to go walking in the neighborhood at night. For $175/night we expect more. Stay somewhere else in San Jose.
