    Best Western Heritage Inn welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $40 per pet, per night. Guests with pets are assigned to rooms on the ground floor. Both dogs and cats are permitted, and pets may be left in the room unattended. Housekeeping will not enter the room while pets are unattended. Dog treats are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy area with a waste station on site. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

    Welcome to Best Western Heritage Inn! The amazing Napa Valley Wineries are the reason many guests stay at our Vacaville hotel, but there are many other sights to be seen, too. Our location, right off the freeway, makes commutes easy. You will be close to dining and the outlets at our Vacaville hotel, and our friendly staff members are happy to offer up tips and recommendations on places to go. Enjoy a great staff and amenities, both of which have received a lot of praise over the years.       Noisy neighbors

      People next door kept going in and out of their room. Slamming the door, in and out of their car, until 2am. Our dog kept barking because they were talking right outside our door. Seemed like drug dealers with cars in and out of the parking lot. My husband was having surgery at Kaiser that morning and got no sleep. I will not stay there again.

      Musty room

      The hotel was conveniently located, and a good price. However, my room had a hint of smokiness or mustiness, which severely effected my allergies making the overall experience unpleasant.

      Nice room

      While not the motel's fault we had very noisy neighbors that went on most of the night arguing and yelling. The motel was fine with a small area for the dog to do his business.
