      Needs better management

      This location has a great harbor view and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hotel seems lacking in management and staff seem not to care. Not rude, but just not interested in service. The breakfast was lacking in comparison to other Holiday Inns. They were out of coffee several times on a Friday with a minimum 10 minute wait. Nobody is checking on the food and guests have to request more when it runs out. Many food items were missing and I was advised that the food delivery was the next
      day. The sad pancake machine needs replacing with a waffle maker. Overall, the cost of the hotel and additional daily fee for parking make this hotel less desirable. Also, no EV chargers in parking lot. Not a great place to bring Fido as dogs seemed to be grouped on second floor which is inconvenient.

      Wonderful Location

      Rooms were well designed with storage, a safe, many outlets, USB ports. Great areas to walk the dog and go to the beach. Will stay there again.
