Had a patio level king room which was perfect because it had its own patio door to outside. No need to take our dog through hotel hallways! Although our stay was during very cold weather, personal patio area would be perfect for some spending some time outdoors in warmer months. Spacious and well appointed room.

The location of this hotel felt very unsafe. The hotel itself I believe was recently renovated and it seems as if they quickly added new things in each room just to make it seem “new” but didn’t pay attention to the rooms themselves. It felt very much like a cheap motel. The pet area was filled with poop. Breakfast wasn’t terrible.
- DavidAug 13, 2021Great for your dog, the human part needs a little work.
Our first room had some noticeable stains of an unknown nature on the carpet that hadn't been cleaned quite yet, and we didn't want our dogs to get blamed for it. The staff were nice enough to relocate us to a ground floor room, (which was actually a better fit for our dogs) and refund one of our $50.00 pet deposits for our stay overnight for the trouble. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our pets and our stay. If you can, we recommend getting a ground floor patio room as it makes it much easier to get your dog(s) and your luggage in and out of the room without having to use the interior main door and hallways. Speaking as someone who owns his own Electrical contracting business, and has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, quality control and the finished product are and should be very important.
This hotel was recently completely remodeled, and while the design is nice and functional, its execution and finished product needs some help. That being said, the shower shouldn't have voids in the tile grout that are filled with caulk which is then falling out with mold on it. When you're finished with your shower, there shouldn't be a large amount of water on the floor that has leaked out from under the track for the glass doors which then has to be mopped up. That being said, I made their maintenance staff aware of the issues that we had and they said that they would get them corrected. Be aware that they do not have a breakfast that is included with your stay, and for adults there is a $10.00 per person charge per day for you to have breakfast while staying there.

We rarely stay in motels or hotels while traveling as we camp. This hotel was truly newly renovated and had the most friendly staff! My check-in was tops with an accommodating gentleman who anticipated my needs before I even knew what o needed. Every time I saw him he went out of his way to be helpful and welcoming. I even overheard him helping other potential guests who were further away from their destination than they knew so he steered them to another property under this hotels ownership. You can’t pay employees enough to represent a company as well as he did ... we even came back a few days later to stay because we were so impressed with this person and the lovely hotel with amazing beds, immaculately clean bathroom, wonderful laundry, clean swimming areas and well lit parking lot. Sadly my favorite check-in gent was not on duty. While the hotel was as tops as a few days ago the air in the lobby without this kind man just wasn’t the same but that goes to show you - your front desk folks mean the world to a hotel and leave perfect impressions when they behave as lovely and professional as this gent did. Thank you Best Western for a lovely stay!!! Weary travelers and pup were so grateful !
