Even though this place is behind a large mall and right by a major freeway, our room was quiet and good. We checked in in the evening, and I had to take our luggage and the dog through two separate key-access doors to get to our room. Kind of annoying. They'd had some water problems in the bathroom and the repairs to the wall were not pretty. But the kitchen area was great, the fridge and freezer worked well, and front desk staff were friendly and effective. I'd stay here again!

This hotel was nice and quiet. The receptionist didn't even get mad when I locked myself out and needed another key :) My dog liked that we were on the first floor and didn't need to go up an elevator.

This place is gross. Stained walls, floors, windows blinds, doors and sheets. Burns on the bathroom floor. Shady area; we booked and paid for two nights and left after one. Several groups of homeless people in the parking lot. It was just gross, didn’t sleep and didn’t take my shoes off. Choose a different hotel.

The clerk at check in was unwelcoming and more interesting in getting back to her phone than anything else but the morning staff were great and very friendly. The room was large and convenient but showed some wear and tear. Rather odd location in a cinema parking lot but had a great room near the exit for the dogs. The unfriendly sign-in clerk is the reason for three bones; they need to find someone who can at least smile.
