      Not again

      The front desk person was very rude. Not a very dog friendly hotel. The only place for dogs to go potty is along the freeway.

      Great Customer Service!

      We were very happy with this hotel. The staff was so gracious, which is hard to find these days. I highly encourage a visit if you're in Durango.

      Pet fee a little high

      The location and room were decent nothing fancy but comfortable. If you are wanting quiet this isn't the place for you. We stayed there for a total of 10 hours just to sleep and were charged a full pet fee. I was aware of the fee when we booked but just felt it was a little extreme for such a short period of time. All in all not a bad stay.

      Great Spot

      very welcoming staff. Room location was very accessible and there was a large outdoor area for potty breaks. Also only a couple miles from the downtown area.

      Stay with 2 Dogs

      This hotel does allow dogs. We heard so many dogs when we where there. We brought our two larger dogs (a chocolate lab & golden retriever). There is a 75lb weight limit per dog and it costs $35 per dog per stay.
