After traveling 1,800 miles, we arrived and were not welcome. Our room smelled of cleaners that caused allergic reactions. The desk clerk said it didn’t smell to her and when we disagreed with her, she got in my wife’s face, and made us leave the hotel with no refund of our $200 for unused room.
