      Kind of shady

      The hotel was under renovations. The floors were plasticed. The breakfast area is closed off. The room was ok, but when I walked the dog around the property I saw small baggies of drugs in two separate areas. I know there was a EDM show at red rocks that weekend (4th of July) so I suspect the crowd it attracted also brought some real lifers that weekend.. ::rolls eyes:: Not the hotel's fault I suppose but it gave me an uneasy feeling for my safety. I will not be back. We stayed at the Orgin Hotel in Golden the night before and it was wonderful.

      Large, comfortable and clean room. Very close to the freeway and decent food options in the area.
