There’s a small dog park outside, however it’s not grassy/mostly rocks so my dog wouldn’t use it for pottying. There’s grass right in front, but there’s a sign that says to keep dogs off of it. The bank across the street has some grassy areas so that’s where I ended up walking to for my pup. The room itself was very spacious and roomy for us especially having a 65 lb dog that was helpful. Rooms are much better than other inns/motels we’ve stayed at. No elevators so kind of a hassle to have your luggage in one hand and your leashed dog in the other. Overall not perfect but good for what we needed

I’ve stayed here a few times on cross country trips with dog & cat. The rooms have always been clean, the staff have been cool with a curious dog, and the price is tough to beat for the proximity to getting back on the 70. The parking lot could be better with shade & shielding from the road. If you just need a bed & good AC without hotel frills this gets the job done.

The bed was awful but the ants in the dogs food bowl was nasty. Not worth staying there at any cost. The room had been cleaned … sort of. Had I read the reviews I would have not booked that place. We go to Grand Junction several times a year to visit family the place we usually stay wasn’t available those days lesson learned. Studio Motel 6 no need to leave the light on for us. Seriously I would rather sleep in the car (stay some place else) than Studio 6 motel in GJ. They can keep their ants and worn out beds.

Overall the place was ok. We were on the first floor and unfortunately you could hear every step of somebody above you. This was pretty bad if you have a timid dog like ours that likes to bark at anything she's unsure of. Also the rooms were not the cleanest. There was just dirt on the floor. The room overall was small but worked and was recently renovated. Seems like a lot of long term residents at the hotel. Not a bad place if you're looking to stay on the cheaper side of things

Room was very clean, obviously been renovated recently and much more modern than outside looks would lead someone to think. All amenities, good water pressure. A bit noisy from traffic and other people outside as walls are of older style motel. No cont breakfast at all. Overall still nice, great value, and we would certainly stay there again.
