    DON’T STAY here!!

We booked several months ago knowing we would be on a very long road trip with our pet and huge suitcases. We booked and prepaid for a poolside room and instead we were given a horrible room on the second floor overlooking a roof. We asked why and we were told a large group checked in and took the room we requested. No apology, no let me find you a better room. We asked if we can talk with a manager and we were told they are busy so you can “try” to call them because they won’t call you back.

After sunset the stay hot even worse! No lights on the stairwell or walk way by our room! Total darkness. I ask the front desk if they can help us out and I am told “we put a work order in yesterday.” Why, when you have rooms available, would you put someone in this type of a room? This is an example of tell people we are pet friendly, take their money and screw them. Worst stay ever 😢Unreal horrible experience and old, stinky room.

    Do not stay here!!

This hotel is not clean at all! Rates changed from when I booked and the check-in process is through a kiosk. The chairs are dirty, the windows and screens are broken. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here- it’s disgusting!!

    Very nice

Access to pet relief area was limited and parking spots were way too narrow.

    Urine stained hallway carpers

This place has a great website but after you check in you and your dog will notice urine stained hallway carpets. The dog friendly rooms also are carpeted. Not a healthy place to stay.

    Hidden charges

The total I paid for was $264.49. They said they e-mailed me about a seasonal resort tax, but I never received that. BringFido total was $148.07. I asked for a receipt, but the clerk told me I will get an email for the receipt from 3pm to 7pm today. Never did.

Perfect grassy area for my dogs, great location to walk to everywhere. It had a laundry facility as well. Highly recommend.

    Twin peaks awesome, BringFido not

Was traveling in the mountains without a signal and a message was left in my email and cell voice mail 10am day of my reservation that the Twin Peaks lodge had overbooked pet rooms and didn’t have one left for me! Not knowing this since I hadn’t gotten the messages due to lack of cell and driving for hours, I arrived to check in and kiosk wouldn’t allow it once I’d said yes to traveling with pet, so person behind desk worked out our accommodation to stay with our pet anyways and get around this. Had they not have been so awesome, I don’t know where we could’ve gone to stay with our dog! BringFido (booking.com) needs to change their confirmation policies by securing the pet-friendly rooms for customers way ahead of confirming day of check in! I reserved the room online in early June on BF. This could’ve of been a disaster for my whole family on our trip had the Twin Lakes Lodge turned us away and not allowed us to stay with our dog in what I’m guessing, was a non pet room. The lodge , hot springs and accommodations were 5 star. BringFido zero star based on failing to secure our room more then just mere hours before we arrived into this small remote but wonderful mountain town!

    Great stay

Our hotel room was quaint, clean and comfortable. There was a decent sized pet area. The location was beautiful and the staff was nice.

    Beautiful

It was a great atmosphere and the room we were given was ground level, which made it nice for potty breaks. The dog park was a short walk away, many people walked their dogs downtown.

Great Place To Stay With Our Puppy

Very Comfortable rooms. They must have recently remodeled our room because our bathroom was huge with 3 shower heads. The beds were amazing!! Location was tops. The only draw back was the air conditioning seemed to struggle to cool the room. it was warmish and it never shut off, it was noisy, we got used to it though, and there was no microwave. The restaurant on site was so delicious and the swimming and hot tub areas were too. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.
