Dogs are allowed six Standard Rooms; Suites are not pet friendly. Well-behaved dogs may be left unattended, but housekeeping will not service the room.     We are conveniently located near shopping centers and just 2 miles from the University of Southern Colorado. Enjoy a swim in our indoor pool or relax in our hot tub dine in the Country Kitchen Restaurant next door or on our other side enjoy a steak in DJ's Steakhouse. Nearby attractions are Colorado State Fair Arkansas River Walk and Museums. We are only 35 miles from the Royal George and Buckskin Joe s and less than 50 miles from Pikes Peak Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. You can't go wrong parking your car here!

      Run down hotel

      Gave us a smoking room... disgusting. Breakfast buffet was very limited in options.

      Bed Bugs Beware

      Arrived at the hotel and found 2 separate guest rooms reporting bed bugs infestations in their rooms. Needless to say, I did not stay. Pass on this hotel!
