We had police action at the hotel after midnight and guests fighting at 4am. Not really in Westminster.

We got a newly updated room. Which was comfy and clean. The parking lot and dog run area was well little and accessible. Very nice for the price and area. Will stay there again if we need to be in that area again.

Crackheads everywhere, pit bulls running around everywhere off leashes, dirty rooms. Smelled like urine and vomit and cigarettes all rolled into one. Dog ended up with some type of bites from the room. This is anything but a safe hotel and the management has zero concerns.

There was construction going on only a few doors down from our room. Construction workers were living in motel and drank beer out in the parking lot for a good part of the evening after the work day was over. Piles of mattresses were out back on the grass. Didn’t want our dogs walking on the parking lot due to trash and beer bottle lids. Don’t stay here!

Hotel was under renovation. Ok our room was on 3rd floor quite a ways away from the elevator. After pre paying a month in advance - non refundable - I thought we should have a room in a better location. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok first morning. 2nd morning they did not have any bread, English muffin, bagel. No yogurt. This was at 7:30 am. When my husband inquired if they would be restocking breakfast items, they said their shipment would be there the next day. Told him have a waffle hun.

This place is nothing but a haven for drug dealers, drug addicts and hookers!! Felt very unsafe although we were assured they had “security“ from 9pm-5am. Dirty and disgusting!

Our room was near the back and easy to walk our pup. The bed was extremely squeaky, and was reported to the front desk.

Some grass to take dog to relieve himself. Restaurant across driveway with great pie. Suite was a HUGE area. Air conditioning got hot at night.

The building is very old and it looks it. They have updated the carpet and bedding but not much else. My room was also quite dirty, with dust that had been around for a long time. Staff was very nice but I’d only recommend it in an emergency.
