      The room was ok and I was able to arrange a late check out. There was no pet friendly sign in the room, I had to go down to reception to get it but they allowed my cat to stay in the room unattended with the sign on the door. The hotel shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. I had to wait half an hour for it to come.I think that if the hotel wants to attract more customers they should put warm friendly welcoming people on reception who acknowledge that you have come with a pet. Some of the staff were friendly but some were not. I had had a really stressful and long trip with my cat and to be honest I found the lady on reception rude and unfriendly. She made me feel uncomfortable when I was asking for help with various things..
