      Not worth it

      We booked this place last minute through the bringfido app. We chose this place because it appeared to be on the nicer side, but at a slightly lower price. Turns out you just end up paying a BUNCH of hidden/extra fees. The room was spacious, but the AC only blew out very hot air and the room was like a sauna. Luckily the windows opened but it was quite loud outside with the noises of the city and difficult to sleep.

      We were told upon check-in that breakfast was complimentary and when I went to order the breakfast to bring up to the room, I was handed a bill for $79 (with a 20% service fee added on even though it was a to-go order) and was then told that it was not actually complimentary due to us booking through a third party, and that the previous front desk person must have told me that in error. We also woke up to a “historic preservation fee.” When I asked where I should park, they insisted that I valet my car but left out the cost. All in all, we should have just paid the extra $100 for a better place and we probably would have still ended up spending less than we did on all the hidden fees and charges.
