Upon arriving, we had to move due to gnats over the stove, dead bolt lock didn’t work on new room, beds are horrible, not very clean, shower head barely worked, and sketchy clientele. Staff was very nice, though I wouldn’t recommend. Also, no refunds or discounts from hotel if you book through other agencies.
To start, there were unsavory people watching us as we parked and started to unpack. I checked in and got our key. There was a man standing behind me talking to himself. We were not happy that the hotel was not close to the beach. When we went into the room, it smelled of old smoke. The place was dirty and looked as though it came out of a rundown hotel. We decided to cancel the rest of our stay. We spent the night. The pillows smelled old and musty. The floors and rug were filthy. The bathroom had mold in the tub. I actually took hand sanitizers and cleaned the toilet and sink area. But, that could have been improved but our dog kept hiding under the bed because of all the loud noises. We didn’t feel safe at all. We left the following morning at 5:30. DO NOT BOOK HERE. $245 a night is to much to pay for a filthy and unsafe place.

I have to stay in a hotel until our home closes. The staff has been very accommodating and friendly. COVID rules are in effect here and they have house keeping provided every two weeks however if you need anything they give it to you up front. No one has bothered me and my pets, which is most important. The room I am staying in is a good price, as I paid 72.00 after tax per night for two beds. It's not the top of the line, but for the price and convenience and the location, it is good. Free Breakfast consists of hot coffee or tea, granola bars, muffins, and oatmeal. There are multiple areas outside to take your dog to the restroom and doggie bags provided. The pet rooms are the older rooms, but mine was located near the door which was awesome for outside poddy time for my dog. I had a pool view, the pool was kept clean. The hotel premesis was cleaned and serviced daily. There is a laundry room that had three washers and three dryers and costs 2.00 per use. There is an Arby's and two breakfast places within walking distance, as well as a pap John's, a Mexican restaurant, and a sushi place across the street. There are a lot of places nearby. For the price, it's worth it!
