      Pet Fee Excessive for Service

      $75 per night pet fee but offered no amenities even though supposedly part of the Opal pet program. Signed a waiver upon check-in so they know it’s a dog room - saying you won’t bring the pet virtually anywhere within the hotel - but can’t leave them in the room. So the resort fee the humans pay also goes to waste. Never got back to us when asked if there was a mini fridge since we travel with our dog’s insulin so had to buy one and bring it with us on the flight only to discover a fridge in the room.

      The hotel is very pet friendly and the location is perfect. We will come back here, we loved our stay.
