Welcome to VILLAS ADIORA, a collection of two stunning, newly built villas offering the perfect combination of luxury, privacy, and comfort. Designed to be a peaceful haven for sea lovers and those looking to escape into nature, VILLAS ADIORA provide a spectacular location with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and nearby islands, including Kefalonia, Ithaca (believed to be the birthplace of Homer’s Odysseus), and Meganissi.
These upscale villas, Villa Auriga and Villa Columba, are nestled near Sivota Bay in the South-East of Lefkada Island, offering an ideal setting for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets over azure waters. The area is peaceful yet close to the charming Sivota village, with a selection of Greek tavernas, shops, and markets.
Walking distance to Sivota: 15-20 minutes
By car: 5-8 minutes (new asphalt road, built in 2020)

VILLAS ADIORA can accommodate 22 guests comfortably, with space for extra guests upon request. The villas are designed to maximize both comfort and privacy, making them perfect for family gatherings, friend groups, or anyone seeking a luxurious, tranquil retreat. Both villas are fully air-conditioned and feature infinity pools, with weekly cleaning and linen changes to ensure your stay is stress-free.

Villa Columba is a 10-person luxury retreat, with space for a few more guests if needed. Here’s what makes it truly special:

Sunbeds, umbrellas, and a gazebo for relaxation
Spacious terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea, perfect for dining

Living room with sea-view balcony and comfortable seating
3 beautifully designed bedrooms:
1 Double bedroom with a balcony and private bathroom
2 Queen bedrooms on the top floor, each with a balcony and stunning views
2 King-size bedrooms on the ground floor, with luxury mattresses and private access to the garden and pool
Extra living room for accommodating 2-4 additional guests on sofa beds or extra mattresses upon request
Utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron

Villa Auriga is designed to welcome 12 guests and offers additional beds if necessary. This villa features:
