      First Class Plus

      One of the great Canadian hotels. First class service to people and pets as soon as you arrive. We have a black lab and she was treated to Fairmont pet bowls and a dog bed that was x-Large. Nice walking trails and parks steps from the main entrance. The Chateau also has a hotel dog. Coincidentally a black lab named Stewart who was a great addition.

      Very Accomodating

      All the staff were very accommodating. The doorman gave us bottled water every time we came back in from a walk. The cleaning staff would check on us for dog dishes, extra towels for wet paws etc. Leda is 45 lbs and well behaved; they did not have a problem with her being over the 20lbs limit.
