  Comfortable room

  We were only in Melbourne for one night, but enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and there was a very nice area for walking the dogs (if only other guests would clean up after their pets and keep the gates closed).

  Stay with two big pups

  Very pet friendly, very clean, and reasonable pet fee.

  Close but no cookie

  They’ve invested in a small off-leash area, but not maintained it. There is no waste bin and while there is a bag dispenser there are no bags. Predictably this has resulted in many humans not removing their dogs’ doings. Also, Florida gets hot: dogs need a supply of water. Easily fixed but not yet right.

  Perfect place for pets!

  The rooms have a tile floor that is not slippery. There is a pet relief area around the back of the parking area that is fenced in. Poop bags are supplied. It should be noted that the parking area has some of the best and brightest lighting I’ve seen at a hotel. The staff were happy and friendly to both us and Grunt. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

  Positive: Front office was able to get us in earlier.

  The room smelled like dog. I get that it’s pet friendly, but I know how to clean my home so it doesn’t. The housekeeping staff can do the same.

  Great place to stay

  They gave me a first floor room when I asked, which worked better. The dogs stayed alone in room and they were very good being I got no complaints and we were right by the front desk. People were very nice and breakfast every morning and coffee all day.

  Beautiful clean room

  Nice area for my dog to do his business that was close to hotel. Room was beautiful and came equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron. Breakfast was very good, but one of the breakfast staff was just rude; everyone else was very nice. So one bad person didn’t affect my rating.

  Great location

  Friendly staff, room was nice and clean looks like they had some renovations. Nice fenced dog area. Parking is not confusing at all - just use some common sense and you can easily figure it out. Very decent breakfast included.

  Nice

  Room was clean. No complaints about room. Small dog park but was not clean nor was the grass nearby. Dog park also floods and is unusable at times. Building and parking area awkwardly close to Days Inn... about 20 feet apart. Should I have just stayed there instead?

  Room & staff are great

  Parking is a maze of signage and directions similar to NYC. Our dog gives the location 🦴🦴🦴🦴, small dogs park, dog friendly staff and a community that welcomes canine family.

  Wonderful Housekeeping

  The head house keeper was amazing! She loved on our Great Dane, Sophie and didn't bat an eye when we had to get new bedding due to a small accident. After checking out we realized, after an hour, that we had left a brand new dress shirt in the closet. By the time we got back to the hotel to see if they found it (3 hrs later), the lady remembered the room and exclaimed, "That's Sophie's room"! Shirt was there and she even came out to the truck to say goodbye to her. Loved the hospitality. Only negative thing I can say, and that's no fault of the hotel, is that even though they provided bags/trash can and pet area, some pet owners neglected to clean up after their pets. Had to watch closely as to not step in crud.

  Convenient

  Employees very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and very quiet my only concern was parking the lot was not convenient and being a woman with a large dog it was still uncomfortable arriving at 11pm. I had no problems it was just not as close to the hotel as I would have liked.

  Not good for dogs who can’t walk far

  If your dog has trouble walking and standing up by themselves this is not the place for them. They had two designated areas for dogs. One was like a ditch did not like that but the other area was a big grass area and part of it was fenced in. The only problem is that they were pretty far from the hotel when you have an old dog like mine who can’t walk much. I was literally putting my dog in the car and driving her to the potty area. It was not fun for her. Other than that the staff there was nice and the rooms were decorated decent.

  Dank and noisy

  We chose this place because of the reasonable pet fee and good reviews, but it was a little disappointing. Staff were friendly, but our second-floor end room smelled of dog and had moisture issues. Furniture needs to be replaced so soon after the refurb. People were coming and going all night long and constant barking kept us up. It’s probably the best option in the area, but needs some maintenance attention.

  Fido rate we booked in advance was higher than going rate. Closeness to the freeway made it noisier for the dog when outside but met our needs.

  What a pleasure!

  This is a great place to stay with a pet. Fenced play yard, pet rooms are convenient to the stairs/elevators, and the staff was friendly and happy to have us as guests.

  This property was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. Grassy areas to walk our dogs. Lots of restaurants nearby. We will be back next year!

  Great location, it worked!!

  Nice location. Close to highway. Had no issues bringing my well behaved pitbull there. They had a very reasonable pet fee, as well as allowed dogs to be alone in room. Dog park on property. The days inn was very close by, like connected basically. The floors in the room were not carpeted. Hard flooring. Very clean. There was a bagged breakfast, not continental. Would definitely stay there again!!

  Top notch dog exercise facility and execellent breakfast

  The dog exercise area is a fenced lawn and a latchable gate. You can let the dog off leash. For the humans, this hotel offers a great variety of quality food choices for the complimentary breakfast.

  Perfect for pets

  We stayed one night with our 2 dogs. Pet friendly, clean, very nice breakfast.

  In the back there is a doggy fenced area for pups to run and go potty with provided poop bags and bin.
  Our two Large dogs had fun running there after our 4hr drive.
