    Great Location

    This hotel has a great location. One block from the beach and the beach path. Multiple restaurants within a block and two blocks to the convention center. Short walk to parks and beach give several options for our 4 legged friend to visit. Location could not have been better for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they have daily room service. Room refrigerator for storing dog food nice. 4 bones because they do not have coffee available at all - not in the room or lobby. Several restaurants nearby for takeout though.

    Horrible, we walked out

    This hotel should be shut down. Another guest shouted she would rather spend the night in prison than sleep there. They didn't clean her room. Another guest booked online and they had no room for them (we drove them to the Doubletree). We looked at three rooms all were worse than a grimy youth hostel. It took us FOUR hours to get the front desk to give us paperwork as I prepaid to obtain a refund from BringFido. I own a design/build firm and handle a lot at work gracefully but I was yelling to call health department on them after four hours. They are crooks. Don't ever give them your money.😰😰😰😰

    Really welcoming

    It's our favorite place in miami beach. They accept us with our dog Luna a mixed boxer for an 25$ extra (Other places it's really more) . The people are really pet friendly and we had access to the restaurants with our dog.
