The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a suite on the first floor, right next to an exit door which made it easy for us to bring in our suitcases, as well as walk our pup. Very pleasant stay!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. No pet fee was nice. Room was clean but very basic in style & design. Bathroom also in need of maintenance; cleaning chips in the paint and dusty base boards. Overall it was a good option for an overnight stay as we were travelling through.

It was okay. They seem to put all the dog owners on the second floor together. The rooms have plenty of power outlets; more than I have ever seen in a hotel room. WiFi was adequate for simple email. Not a lot of bandwidth for more complex tasks.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. There weren’t many large, grassy areas for dogs to relieve themselves. The room was clean, but the bathroom baseboards were dirty and dusty. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Grounds suggestion- clean up cigarette butts that are littered on the grass, sidewalks, and parking lot. Handicap suggestion- put in some automatic handicap doors. The front lobby doors are especially a nightmare to get through independently with a scooter or wheelchair.

This place has been remodeled. My wife is very picky about hotels. She was very happy with the accommodations. Waffle House is next to it so you can eat in or carry out. Two thumbs up!!!

Ugh. This place is old, in disrepair, wreaked of mold and mildew with big stains on the bathroom ceiling, mismatched sheets, really bare-bones (no pun intended). Truthfully, not even good enough for a dog. If not for the last night on a long cross country trip, we'd have left. Have had good luck with other BringFido.com places, but this one needs to come off the list. Cigarette butts everywhere in the grass, trash all over the deck surrounding the dirty pool. Front desk gal was nice enough but her own children were running up and down the halls screeching. I cut her some slack because of the need to have your kids at work during this COVID thing, but lots of noise and odd comings and goings literally all night long. Seriously this place looks like one that rents its rooms by the hour.
