    Universal's Loews Portofino Bay Hotel welcomes two pets of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $100 per stay. Bay View and Garden View rooms on the ground floor of the East View building are pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are allowed. Pets may be left in the room unattended, but housekeeping service will not be provided. Four-legged guests receive treats and bowls upon arrival, and there is a pet walking area on the property. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

      Hurricane evacuation

      We had to evacuate due to hurricane Dorian and have 4 cats and 1 large dog. The Portofino Bay Hotel was welcoming to all of us and waived the pet fee. The dog walking trails were great and gave us exercise too. The hotel even had dog areas at the food areas. All of the staff made this stressful situation less stressful. Thank you!
