    Bad choice

    I expected more from a Wyndham property. The room smelled of smoke, the walls were soiled and in need of paint. The bed sheets appeared clean but extremely weekly. All the metal fixtures were rusty and needed updates. Some staff member who barely spoke English opened our door while we were sitting in the room. I believe he was asking if we had checked in. But really, wouldn’t you knock first and wait for a reply before letting yourself in?
