This is a convenient stop right off the highway w/ ground floor, exterior doors that are important for my aging Labrador.

Stayed there for one night, which was bearable. I give it two bones due to the front desk staff being very nice, location next to a lot of restaurants, and there are a lot of areas to walk the dog. As far as the room goes, I have stayed at a lot of properties and this is probably the worst. Upon entering the door there is a very prominent musty odor and both myself and son had allergy symptoms start within minutes. The maid never cleaned the sink as there were ashes in the sink. My son found bedbugs in his bed the morning we checked out. The phone does not work, and lastly you need to give the desk $100 cash up front for lord knows what. Why can't they just put a hold on the card?

Convenient, clean, comfortable, and free for pet. It is near the interstate, shopping mall, food, services, and airport. Perfect for a short stay. There is no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the rooms. Parking is convenient and free. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Shayna brought us a coffee maker and coffee supplies upon our request at check-in. Check out was smooth and Jill was very helpful. There was a $50 property damage recovery deposit that was placed on our credit card at check-in, but immediately removed when we checked out. It was perfect for our needs that required we be at the airport at 4 AM next day.

Don’t trust this guy. Asked for price for then night, he said $110, and he charged me $231. Good thing I looked before I signed my credit card. Obviously I asked and he said he didn’t give me the $110 room because he didn’t have any more and there is $50 deposit. I told home cancel my transaction and I left. Went down the road to Motel 6 for $132. I have stayed at many Red Roof Inns and never had this happen. Red Roof Inn in general is pretty good but stay away from this one!!

This place was just I needed right off the exit close to a couple decent place to grab a bite. The staff was super helpful letting me check in early and check out later and the room was clean and simple will def stay on my way back.

This hotel is dirty. The floors were sticky and filthy. The towels were musty and probably not washed. The bed was broken down, squeaky, lumpy. The air conditioner wouldn't take the humidity out of the air. It was loud outside, a squealing baby next door until 1:00 a.m. Trash (old mattresses, appliances) was piled up outside. I asked to see a different room. That one didn't have any toilet paper, and the towel rack was lying on the floor. Also dirty.

Very friendly, front desk Anthony on late shift was AWESOME! The only reason 4 and not 5 bones is that the grass around hotel for pets to do their business was full of stickers and ant beds, but if you walk Fido to the rear the next parking lot has an edge of lawn that our furry baby found acceptable and clean

I stayed here back in 2015 and it was a nice facility. It's gone way down since then. Like other people have said the facilities stink, there's poop everywhere, the AC unit sounds like a motorcycle reving and I witnessed a domestic dispute while I was walking my dog. The man slammed his girlfriends head into the car window multiple times. There were several other witneses but it seems no one else reported it. I not worth any amount of money to stay here.
