Staff was very nice to the fur babies. Hotel room itself was worn down (tears in carpet, caulking peeling) From our room, we could hear cars driving by very loudly. So if your pets are sensitive to sounds you may want to try elsewhere or prepare them for some loud zooming noises. Pet relief areas are available in 2 different locations. There is free breakfast in the morning. And close to several food options.

Wanted to give a heads up for other users… booked through the BringFido app around 7pm day-of (We were not sure where our stopping point would be until we got closer, which is why we booked so close to the time we got there). Got the confirmation email right away. Showed up at the hotel around 9pm and they didn’t have my reservation. I called BringFido and put the representative on the phone with the front desk. Front desk repeated over and over again that she didn’t have my reservation. I even showed the front desk my confirmation email. BringFido rep said they even got an email back from the hotel confirming I’d have a room, but the front desk associate said she never sent that email.
It was a “non-refundable rate” so BringFido asked to please refund me. Front desk said she couldn’t because she didn’t have anything to refund. She told me she didn’t have a room for me at the rate I originally purchased, so I left and booked another stay at another hotel (at Home Inn in Pensacola and it was a wonderful experience, in case anyone is wondering). Four days later, the charge was on my credit card. After calling the hotel, they did research on their end and found that the reservation didn’t come through until 11:11pm. By that time, a new front desk shift had taken over and processed me as a “no show” so that’s why the charge was on my account. Hotel admins were wonderful at giving me literally a non-refundable refund, so I appreciate that. I will likely stay next time I’m passing through. Just wanted to say, MORAL OF THE STORY: Book *several* hours in advance so this doesn’t happen to you!

We usually stay in Marriott hotels because we know we get top service. This one however was awful.
Kitchenette dirty, still had dirty dishes in the dishwasher, stove top broken, no breakfast (as advertised) available, no hot tub and to charge $100 for a med size dog for one night is ridiculous.

We checked in today and I decided to call the front desk with a question. As I picked up the phone on the room’s desk, two roaches scampered for cover. The front desk agent offered to move us, but we immediately called another hotel to see if they could accomotade us. Fortunately they did and we left the TownePlace immediately. Thankfully, BringFido’s customer service department cancelled and refunded our prepaid charges!
