Rooms are very old, carpets are dirty and very old in need of a good shampooing! I didn’t feel comfortable having my dog on the 3rd floor, long walk and elevator ride to get outside. The grounds were just nasty. Young men and “ladies of the evening” in the dumpy dirty parking lot. Would not go back!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located at the Park Road exit of I-4. Plenty of food and fuel in the immediate area. Easy to reach downtown. My dog (Alexa) and I enjoyed our Christmas visit.
