Located minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, where there is a wide variety of fun filled activities from restaurants to clubs, museums, and performing arts. There are water side activities on Tampa Bay, such as The Pier, North Shore Park, and St. Petersburg Yacht Club. Our convenient locations gets you easy access to the highway system, making activities in Tampa such as Busch Gardens and Hard Rock Hotel/Casino, or any of the Gulf Beaches easily accessible. We have a wide variety of guests who stay here from students at two area seamanship training school, and senior softball players, mixed in with corporate travelers and families in Florida for vacations. Our free newspaper and Free Bright Side Breakfast is sure to get your day started off right and our lobby sometimes serves as an impromptu gathering place for guests, whether they are sea school students studying for an exam, or family members here for a reunion, sharing a take out meal together, playing cards, or watching the game on television.
