The hotel was clean and suited our needs and our dog Lucy was welcomed to stay there with us. The bed was comfortable enough. There was a pool (closed) and sitting patio area that was lovely. We could walk the dog around the perimeter of the property and although it’s on a busy road there are sidewalks for walking. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We forgot a keyboard in the room and they called immediately so we could turn around to pick it up at the front desk. The downtown area was cute and we are at a very good Thai restaurant. Right next door to the hotel is an ice cream place for dessert. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff at the Best Western were very nice. The room was clean and did NOT smell like pets. The parking lot seemed safe. There were friendly people in town at the restaurants. We only stayed overnight and it is not the Ritz Carlton but it really met our needs. Thank you.

The hotel was resurfacing all bathtubs...workmen in respirators. A horrible, strong chemical smell filled all rooms. They should have closed and moved us to another motel! Instead, they said there was nothing , and that we should keep the door opened with ac on for a few hours. We kept the bathroom door closed, too. We had stingy eyes and headaches. No discount or money back. We should have moved out.

I was on the road in a remote area of north central Florida that had terrible cell/internet service and needed to book a room for the evening some 3 hours later somewhere between Starke, western Jacksonville, and northern Jacksonville -- i.e. avoiding downtown Jax and Jax Beach. Your agents (both of them -- I was midway through my first call when I lost the connection and had to start all over again) were polite, responsive, and very helpful! The young lady who was able to book my room was exceptional! The Best Western accommodations that we wound up with in Starke were marginal at best, but that's no reflection on BringFido. They were about the only pet-friendly places available.
Kudos to your team for consistently excellent service! And I didn't even need to learn a foreign language to be able to communicate with them!
