The hotel needs upgrades on carpet and walls like so many hotels but front desk folks, food, parking, location all top notch.

Very accommodating as we needed to extend out stay longer than expected after Hurricane Ian. Allowed us to stay in our same room on a day-by-day basis.

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of places outside to walk my dog. I could even walk around the entire hotel. It was well lit at night and felt safe. There is a restaurant within a short walk from the hotel that has an outside dining area that is dog friendly. This is my first vacation with my dog and it was a success thanks to this hotel.

I just checked in here at the Hampton Inn Turnpike location in West Palm Beach after driving 10 hrs from NC. Claire at the Front Desk couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. The room is clean and neat and my dog Enzo and I are happy here!
