We didn’t spend much time in the room which was pretty depressing but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The toilet was really old and very low AND one of the attachments holding it to the floor was gone so it shifted. Other than the toilet, the bathroom had gotten an upgrade. $400+ for 2 nights just seemed a tad much for what we got - but we were able to bring the dogs in and since it opens directly to the parking lot, easy to take them out when needed.

Room was a bit dated. And could of used a fresh coat of paint. But everything was clean. Our kitchenette could've had a few more cooking utensils but we managed. They have a nice charcoal grill that can be used. Lots of room for dog to run and play.
- LindaJan 25, 2021We Were Told “no” When We Tried To Sit At The Pool Area With Our Leashed Dog
we wanted to enjoy the sun and sit at the pool area that was fenced in. We had our dog leashed , but we were not allowed. There is no fenced area for the dogs to play. Gators in the lake !!!!!

Everyone was so welcoming. The room and the property was immaculate. We had easy access to walk the dogs. Loved our stay and I highly recommend:)

Safe Stay: Lake Roy Beach Inn has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
