I’d give this place zero rating if it was allowed. We stayed one night December 2. Room 122 was drab, stained, and Formica everything. Felt like a Russian gulag. “Hot” breakfast consisted of wrapped muffins and something like a waffle maker? I forget. I didn’t eat it. I left a Gore-Tex rain parka in my closet. I know. my bad. I realized it about 40 miles away at 9am after leaving the hotel. We didn’t tell anyone we’d left, so they didn’t know we were out of the room. I called the front desk and asked the manager on duty to secure my coat, and that I would call him back with a prepaid UPS shipping number. He said he would. Long story short, someone pilfered the coat. They claimed it wasn’t in the room when they went in. I wouldn’t stay in this place if they paid me.

We booked here because the fee was $25 a night for up to 2 dogs. Most of the surrounding hotels charge a higher per dog/per night rate. However, the room was dirty and had non working amenities. The public areas were unkempt, with overflowing trash and piles of dirty towels in the lobby. The front desk was very nice, despite being short staffed. There were several places around the hotel to walk the dogs.

The room needed some help, looked a little run down. Not sure if a previous dog had chewed off the wood on the entertainment table where the tv was, but other than that everything was good!

This place was in a nice area and the room was nice and the bed was comfortable, but the place was very loud. There were people outside the room by the pool being very loud at almost midnight. Then there were people being very loud outside or room about 3ish in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet and a good night's rest.

My room was a little beat up. Paint was scraped off some doors. here was no cord connected to the room phone, so I couldn’t call the front desk. Late checkouts were not allowed, and there was no housekeeping service. While the staff was very nice, and I liked the location, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Have it a 4 because our sink in the bathroom was very slow and the ice machine on the 1st floor was by the lobby and it apparently was leaking so they had big fans blowing. Also the lobby carpet needed a good vacuum.

Georgia red clay was all over the common areas, making this nice hotel appear dirty and unkept. Coffee creamers expired in January 2021. Coffee was old and incredibly strong.

Nice large room with plenty of room to spread out. During Covid there was no breakfast, no discount on the room and they would sell you a microwave breakfast. Disappointed! Put us on the 5th floor that was close to the elevator but no valet cart was available so had to carry our suitcases and puppy supplies out of the car, in the back door up the elevator down the hall. Not convenient.

Nice new property. Works give it 5 stars except not much grass for walking the dog and other pet owners were not picking up after their dogs. Need to keep dog area clean. Maybe some signs and waste bags and a bin to set expectations.

The hotel itself was really nice - recently updated. There was no extra charge for our dog. While there were poles with poop bags and poop bag collector cans, the only, small greenspace was in front. Otherwise, your dog had to go in shrubbery areas. There were 2 other hotels within close proximity; maybe there would have been a larger greenspace that could have been used.

Such a nice hotel! Seems brand new, so nice and clean! The breakfast is great. So grateful they took our dogs as we had to evacuate from Dorian.
