If I could give zero I would. I had a reservation for around a month. When I got there at night with my two service dogs I had notified them of prior, I was told ‘we are out of pet friendly rooms, we will give you a refund’... I was stuck on Florida at night with the nearest hotel with vacancy being three hours away. They did not even try to work with me. I know they probably turned around and sold my room for double what I paid for it but c’ mon man....

Safe Stay: America's Best Inn has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
