There was no parking on the premises. Staff was very friendly. Room was terrible- outdated old damaged furniture, dirty shower head, dirty filter, old rug. only saving grace was the bed was clean and comfortable. Outside loud cars kept us up all night (which was no one's fault). Maintenance came within 10 minutes when we asked front desk to replace outside lightbulb for our door. Paid a large amount of money plus $35 dollar dog fee for this dirty room. Never again.

WE have been going there for years Always a perfect family place right on the river and walking distance to all the historic district. Why the 2 bones? Last there in 2019. This visit was very dissatisfactory with regards to the hotel's physical condition. It was in terrible need of overhaul. Paint, general pressure cleaning. The bathrooms had chipping paint. The doors locks were all shaky and it made it hard to unlock your door. It's a shame such a nice family place has gone down. In 2019 it got 4.5 bones and now 2 for great location no matter what.

Remember it’s a Quality Inn, not a five-bone hotel. but for the money it was perfect. And its location was right in the middle of River Street which gives it that extra bone. There is a park immediately next door to take your pet when that time comes and you can just keep walking to numerous dog friendly places.

This location was close to many things. It didn’t have an easy or designated option for pet relief. There is parking Available for an additional charge. It is an older hotel. The doors are delaminated from the moisture and were reinforced. The rooms are very dated, but had what what you would need. The floor wasn’t cleaned as it had dog food on it. There is a lot of liquor store traffic. We opted not to stay. There was a $50 cancellation fee. I am told it will take 40 days to have my charges refunded.

rooms are pretty small and very dated. pretty noisy. location in downtown historic savannah was nice - very close to restaurants and the river

The site did not tell me that there was a $21 parking fee and an additional 30 some dollar pet fee in addition to the room rate

The facility was dated but clean and smelled nice. It was in a fantastic location close to the Riverwalk in Historic Savannah and all the clubs and restaurants. There was a park and plenty of grassy areas to relieve the dogs right next door. The desk clerk came out to greet the pups and was friendly and honest about locking the car doors and taking items in from the car at night.
