  Only downside was parking. Expensive valet parking or on the street metered parking (8am to 10pm). We were able to find on street parking very close, and the Fire Station across the street likely provided some degree of security so we had no problems, but it could be a possible issue in some cases.

  Fantastic Stay!

  Our Golden Retriever was welcomed with pets and a biscuit! Front desk staff was very helpful. I absolutely loved their lounge area, again our dog was welcomed while we had a drink. We will definitely be back.

  Favorite Hotel I've Ever Stayed In!

  We got to the hotel very late, and the front desk worker was so nice and let us in. We have 3 dogs and for the first time ever in a hotel, they were all greeted with big smiles and lots of compliments. The lobby was absolutely beautiful. The check-in process was super easy, even though we didn't have the correct card, it was a very easy solution! We got checked in the hotel in under 10 minutes. Our room... speechless. So beautifully decorated, the layout of the room was so cool and modern! The snack and beverage selection in the room were also immaculate. We were blown away. The bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. The coffee shop had the most delicious ham and cheese hand pies, and our barista suggested a fancy espresso that was divine. My husband and I can't wait to stay in another location!

  If you want to stay in a city and feel comfortable at a hotel, this is the one. The bedroom was roomy and had a modern and comfortable feel. it was very clean and quiet. The hotel itself had a great lobby to hang out with your dog and a lot of other dogs. We all felt very welcome and the small green space across the street was easy for quick bathroom breaks. The river walk was only a couple of blocks away (a really nice updated park coming in 2023). Plenty of places to go for eating and and all around dog friendly city. We look forward to going back!

  ARRIVE Memphis is an incredible hotel in downtown Memphis. From the moment we walked into the hotel
  we were charmed by the beautifully ensembles, furniture, and decor. We were also excited to have a place to later sit with our dogs and enjoy a cocktail. The room was modernly furnished and beautifully appointed. On top of this, staff were friendly and personable. I would give 10/5 “bones” if I could and look forward to staying there again in the future!

  Best hotel ever!

  From the outside of this hotel you might not think much of it but as you walk inside you can truly feel the love everyone has for dogs. We sat in the beautiful lounge and enjoyed some cocktails with our pups. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. In the morning the lobby was full of dogs and their owners having breakfast. Highly recommended staying in this hotel while in Memphis! You won’t regret it!

  The best hotel we’ve stayed in!

  This was such a lovely stay, the concierge is so kind and helpful. The room was so beautiful and cozy. The food is amazing, locals come to grab breakfast. There was a nice grassy area across the street for the pup, but did have to drive about 10 min for a nice walk. There are a lot of parks and dog areas in Memphis.

  Lovely hotel

  The green space directly across the street from this hotel is terrific, and the fact that it was next door to the fire station with both firefighters and police sitting outside, let’s just say we felt SAFE! Great restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel was a plus. We stayed at 6 different hotels on this road trip - ARRIVE was the quietest and had the most comfortable bed of all our hotels! 👍🏻

  Rare and wonderful stay

  If you’re fed up with “doggy” smelling hotel rooms, lists of prohibitions, and excessive pet fees, try a stay at Arrive. We and our dogs were treated as valued guests from the moment we drove up to the hotel. Arrive has a lovely and very friendly bar in its open lobby where they were serving sourdough deep dish pizzas the night we arrived. Dogs are welcome in the lobby so we didn’t have to stash them in the car or sneak away leaving them in our room.

  The rooms are unique and very inviting-restored brick walls, very bright with big windows, concrete floors with dog friendly oriental style rugs and beautiful bathrooms. The character of the old building that houses the hotel has been respected and incorporated into the design. There’s a dog park several blocks away and a grassy place at the fire house right across the street. The Lorraine Motel and Civil Rights Museum is one block away. There is a breakfast cafe in the lobby that we recommend highly. We’ve been on the road for 6 days with our pups and Arrive was a much needed reprieve. Wish we could have stayed longer!

  Valet parking is really the only option and was $30/day. Room did not have refrig, microwave, or coffee pot. Coffee downstairs was good but expensive. Room & shower were great. Our dog loved to sit in front of staff waiting for her treat. Seems the hotel and amenities cater to the 20-49 year olds more than the general travel population.

  Nightmare

  During my road trip across the country I stayed at several hotels booked exclusively through BringFido and this was by far the worst experience. I only booked hotels that allowed big dogs and never had a problem checking in. When I tried to check in here, they asked if my caged bird belonged to me and I said yes. They told me that dogs are ok but birds are not. I told them that the bird is quiet and does not leave the cage. They responded that this is their policy and could not be changed. I said ok, I will leave the bird in my car since I can leave the climate control on, the bird would be fine. She responded that if I use their valet then I couldn't even leave the bird in the car. I asked what should I do and she rudely responded that she could cancel my reservation. Gee thanks. I had to go get my car back from valet then load all my stuff back into the car and find a place last minute to sleep for the night after driving for 8 hours to get there. The whole ordeal was an absolute nightmare that seemed totally unnecessary. I have since checked their website and I don't see any mention of birds not allowed. I mean my dog is way louder and way messier than the bird. I just don't get it. It's a shame cause I was really looking forward to staying here because of all of the great reviews. The total rudeness was really surprising.

  Great location and extremely dog friendly. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel and their staff. Just beware, no in-room coffee maker. The coffee shop in the lobby has drip coffee at 0630 and espresso drinks at 0700. But for us early risers you gotta wait for that first sip.

  Really liked the location, trolly stops right outside hotel and Beale Street is only a few blocks away. Just cross the street to a large green area great for potty time. The rooms are industrial chic and very comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast & coffee available in the lobby. Wonderful hotel to stay with your dog.

  You won’t be disappointed

  They thought of everything. The rooms are decorated industrial with a comfortable feel. Dog friendly everywhere even in the lobby, bar, and where you eat. The pizza and salad where amazing. The staff makes you feel welcome. I started looking for hotels that take dogs over 40 lbs w/o a huge fee and couldn’t find one from Nashville to Memphis until I found “Arrive”. Other hotels need to get with it, people love their big dogs too. Airlines won’t let you take big dogs with you on vacation if you fly, so you take them with you on the rode and now Hotels make it hard to find a place to stay. Thank you “Arrive” for thinking of the larger 4 legged friends. I wish their where more hotels like yours and I hope someday airlines will do the same. We traveled 1300 miles to see my family so we can take our dog, it shouldn’t be so hard.

  Incredibly dog friendly hotel!

  My wife, dog, and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to Memphis. The location was great; just close enough to Beale Street, but far enough that noise was never an issue. The valet was always fast and courteous. The desk staff were wonderful and always had treats for our dog. The coffee and pastries in the lobby were great, and so were the cocktails at the bar in the evening. The room was well equipped, very stylish, and came stocked with a minibar. There is a small grassy area you can take your dog to across the street, and dogs are welcome throughout the lobby & bar area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be booking at Arrive again if we find ourselves in Memphis!

  Saw all the 5-bone ratings for this hotel and decided we had to try it. It was a really fun hotel. Staff was all great and Mickey got lots of love. Room decor was concrete floors with oriental rugs. Loved the shower and soft close barn doors. Green area across the street was adequate and felt quite safe after dark. Several nice restaurants a close walk. Beale street is about 0.6 mile away so not a bad walk. Streetcar stops in front of hotel. Definitely recommend this place!

  This was our second time staying here and it was the same nice experience. The staff are extremely friendly and they are very dog friendly, even with our giant dog. Definitely a boutique hotel with great room design and decor. Just a short walk to a park overlooking the Mississippi River - perfect for exercising the dog. There’s also a small park space right across the street at the fire station for a quick dog walk. The lobby is a coffee shop/bakery and bar with comfy conversational areas.

  Great fun!

  Very hip and very comfortable and very dog-friendly, Arrive is in the center of the South Main St. arts district. It takes about 90 seconds to walk to the powerful National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King was assassinated. Across the street is a small grassy area with poop bags and disposal bin. (It’s in front of the fire house, so be sure to clean up after your dog but also stop to chat with the very friendly firemen.) A 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to the beautiful Bluff Walk overlooking the Mississippi River. The hotel itself is a stylishly converted warehouse with spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and cunning interior design. The coffee shop and bar have an excellent, if limited menu. Hotel staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. This was our best, most fun stay on our cross-country trek.

  You couldn't ask for a more human-friendly hotel than ARRIVE Memphis: stunning design, top-notch amenities, superlative guest services, etc., but the glorious welcome it extends to its canine guests earns my highest praise. The hotel itself was perfectly accommodating of our three energetic vizslas, reinforcing their already overinflated sense of self-importance. Best of all, the neighborhood dog park Central Bark is only steps away, so if your pups need to stretch their legs after a day of car travel in order to be good citizens in a hotel setting, the location of ARRIVE Memphis could not be more ideal.

  We’ve been on the road from SF to NY and the Arrive Memphis was our best stay. We’ve had wonderful times in other hotels but this one clicked all the boxes. A bit more of a chore to find a potty spot but the rest of the package made the effort well worth it. Rooms are spacious and beautifully done, welcome drinks and on top of that dogs are welcome in the lounge area. The hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful. Doesn’t get much better than that!

  First the location was great and for getting in late was able to find some good food nearby. Staff was very inviting and helpful, The dogs were very welcome. Wish we had come earlier to enjoy the bar. The decor, atmosphere, and room was probably my favorite I’ve been to. Can’t wait to have a reason to return and stay at one of their locations.

  A welcomed and wonderful surprise!!

  If you’ve made hotel reservations anyplace else in Memphis, cancel them and stay here instead!!! Arrive Memphis was the highlight of our family’s road trip from North Carolina to Texas for Christmas 2021!! While completing our obligatory holiday trip 1/2 way across the country, my husband and I decided to make a mini family vacay out of it. We took our time driving, brought our Border Collie, Ruby as “emotional support” and decided to stop in Memphis, Tennessee. Arrive Memphis was wonderfully hip, comfortably cozy, and all-around fabulous! Think downtown industrial loft meets cozy modern farmhouse. From the moment we checked in every staff member was incredibly kind, excited to serve, and available to answer any questions.

  Our dog Ruby was welcomed with lots of love and got to meet new human and dog friends. The food we ordered from the hotel’s Longshot restaurant and shuffleboard lounge was incredible. if you visit, order the Winter Collins cocktail! You’ll thank me! Carlos took care of our car in the dedicated parking garage and was great to work with. Ruby got to play at Central Park, a dedicated dog park a short two-blocks away, but the hotel has a relief area right across the street.

  A wonderful historic surprise to our visit was The Lorraine Motel, located a block away and within eyesight of the Arrive’s entrance. The Lorraine Motel is where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated in April of 1968. What an amazing opportunity our daughter’s had to participate in this self-guided tour of one of America’s greatest tragedies. We only got to stay one night, but my 14-year-old didn’t want to leave and my 11-year-old gave the whole place 2-thumbs-up. Do you know how hard it is to please pre-teens??!? I can’t say enough about how wonderful Arrive Memphis was. You’ve GOT to stay here!!

  Industrial Chic, No Fee

  Great property with no pet fee! Staff was all super friendly and they cater to dogs, including having a “Dog In Room” magnet to alert housekeeping not to knock or enter. Hotel was very clean and the building is an industrial loft type that was executed very stylishly. I don’t plan on returning to Memphis, but I would definitely stay here again.

  The best dog friendly place!

  Great location. Grassy area across the street. Staff super friendly. Rooms were spacious. Guests were also friendly to our dogs. The only thing is that not all dog parents are the same. There were guests that left their little dogs in the room and were yapping for at least an hour. Staff reached out to the guests. We would 100% stay at Arrive again and for a longer time. The secure parking garage was comforting.

  Welcoming hosts!

  From the first interaction with staff, I could tell this was going to be a great stay! I like the communication via text - it is very effective and easy (and quick). Parking in their secure garage put my mind at ease with not having to find parking on the street, especially since we arrived after dark. I was traveling by myself with three dogs, and the garage attendant eagerly offered to help me with my bags and the dogs. The staff "oohhhed" and "awwwed" over my pups every time they saw them, and what pet owner doesn't love that? The hotel itself is beautiful, unique and classy - from the lobby and bar to the room. Definitely a fun experience! I forgot my little white noise machine and I did wake up a few times during the night from hearing laughter - I think from parties on the street (the bed and pillows were comfortable so I know that wasn't the issue). Also there was live music on the street when we arrived, so no need to go anywhere else unless you have something specific in mind you want to see.

  The staff and facility are very dog friendly and most helpful. They allowed dogs to sit with their owners in the bar. There was a relief area right across the street from the hotel, which was very convenient. There is also a dog park several blocks away, but since my dog is very small and not a romper, we never visited it. Uber allowed us to take our dog in her purse to the Peabody Hotel for her first carriage ride. Our dog is very well behaved and our carriage driver allowed her to ride. I would not recommend the carriage ride for large, poorly mannered, or hyperactive dogs. There is a great restaurant right across from the hotel called Rizzo’s. They have great food and allow dogs in a side, air conditioned, enclosed room. Over all, Memphis is very dog friendly and we loved the quaint, gracious Arrive Hotel. We highly recommend this hotel if traveling to Memphis with your pet.

  If you’re headed to Memphis with you dog this is definitely the place to stay!! They love dogs here! They are allowed in the bar and coffee area while you’re having your drink. Truly cool since most places make you find somewhere to leave them. No forms to sign and everyone makes you feel welcome!

  Felt Like Staying With Friends

  Staying here with my senior dog and young daughter truly felt like staying with friends. As a single Mom, genuine help and kindness are true gold. To accommodate us, we usually have to stay in low-end motels or high-end luxury high rises. ARRIVE gave us the friendly, genuine service and accommodation of a high end place. But with an incredibly reasonable rate for all the property offers. My dog felt welcome, not tolerated. The grass area at the Fire Station across the street was lovely. Have already booked our 2nd stay.

  The Newest Hotel On My Favorite Hotel List

  A great experience. Beautiful design with incredible attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in an up and coming neighborhood, historic district and on trolley line. Strong food and beverage options. All of that would have put it on the list but also add super dog friendly with, again, great attention to detail. We will be coming back!

  This is a wonderful hotel!!! After having stayed at another hotel earlier on the trip that was dog friendly I wanted to make sure that the hotel had good reviews. The earlier one was not very good. Arrive was really great though!!! Almost everyone that was checking in and out had a dog and because they have a coffee shop and bakery in the lobby people from the neighborhood came by with their dogs. This is in a renovated, old, warehouse and it was really well done. Across the street is the neighborhood fire station with a large grassy area and poop bags for walking your dog. The bed was WAY comfortable and although the dog next door did bark some his owner shushed him and there were no more noises anywhere at all. If you find yourself in Downtown Memphis then is is definitely the place to stay with or without your dog.

  Easy to find, easy to book, amazing staff

  We found ARRIVE Memphis through BringFido and the reviews are spot on! Super helpful staff, great location, secure valet parking, and very clean rooms and not your average hotel stay! We will be coming back through here and staying again!

  The hotel room and location are great. Five bones here for the staff. Terrific about my large breed dog. We arrived during a thunderstorm and they could not have been more helpful in getting us into the hotel and settled (this was especially difficult as my large girl was terrified of the storm and it was raining heavily). Love this place.

  Amazing location, friendly staff, great lobby bar

  Very dog friendly. I asked to be put on the ground level so my old girl has an easier time getting out. Was kindly accommodated. Turns out there’s a great little grassy area just across the street which was perfect for us. Rooms are stylish and also very functional. The bar on Monday night when I stayed was probably the most happening place in town. Very friendly. Location can’t be beat. As others say, it’s far enough and close enough to Beale St but I’m not sure why I would even go when the neighborhood is filled with great eateries and bars. It is also a block from the Lorraine Motel and the National Civil Rights Museum. Important place to visit and reflect. Everyone at the hotel is incredibly friendly, and since we had an electric car, we parked 5 short blocks away overnight and got a full charge before we were on our way. Love this place. Would definitely recommend.

  Great Stay

  My dog and I had a great stay at the Arrive. The hotel was built in a converted warehouse and the lobby and rooms are funky and gorgeous. Staff was super nice and accommodating across the board. Not cheap - the valet parking is $25 - I had a full car due to a move and felt this was the safest best but you can park on the street if you're cool with that. Lobby Bar - yummy drinks and flatbreads/salads. This hotel is about 5 or 6 blocks from Beale St (not too close, not too far) and there are lots of little shops and restaurants on Main St. (It has a bit of an up and coming feel to it - a bit edgy, but safe.) The Civil Rights museum is one block away. Would definitely stay again.

  Best Overall Hotel Experience Yet

  After an embattled three days of traveling with bad weather and car sick dogs, BringFido, directed me to ARRIVE in Memphis -- I saw it had a downtown address and was dubious. I have three dogs that travel with me -- two standard poodles (over 70 lbs.) and a chiweenie. It is not common to find welcoming hotels -- never mind glamorous hotels -- I usually have to settle on a less attractive motel chain. This was such a pleasant experience from arrival to departure. First ARRIVE is located in an area which at first blush is funky but filled with amazing restaurants, clubs and unique shops -- walking distance to Beale Street -- and close to a well fitted and clean dog park. My four legged babies were treated by the entire hotel staff like the royalty I believe they are. ARRIVE is a fun place even without dogs -- great hotel, will be back!

  Memphis stay

  Highly recommend Arrive! We’re moving across country and decided to book this hotel since it was reasonably priced, accepted dogs of any size and had no pet fee! Once we arrived, we were greeted with the best customer service! The rooms are super cute, they’re loft style and very clean and comfortable! It’s located right at trolley stops which take you pretty much everywhere you need to go within downtown!Every employee we encountered from valet, to front desk, housekeeping and those at the coffee bar were incredibly nice! There is a small pet area out front which is big enough for its purpose! The hotel is a few blocks from Tom Lee Park along the Mississippi River where we were able to walk with our pups! I will now be looking for this unique boutique hotel everywhere I go!

  Love this hotel!!

  Late on a Sunday night when I was on a road trip I needed a place to stay with my THREE big dogs. Not as easy task. Arrive was more than accommodating!! Friendly staff and fabulous rooms. Will definitely be back!

  Great Stay

  This place is in a great location to walk to a number of other dog friendly establishments. Staff made us and our doggo feel welcome. Rooms are setup well for a dog. Highly recommended.

  Wonderful

  We had such a nice stay here. The hotel is unique and is very catering to dogs. We were able to enjoy cocktails in the lounge with our pup and others were doing the same. We'd gladly stay here again when back in Memphis.

  Awesome boutique hotel in Memphis

  We stumbled upon this place traveling home to Tulsa from Florida. We loved it so much that we stayed 2 nights. A super value and gorgeous “loft” design. AND no pet fee! So hip and cool.
