Raven Roost
Raven Roost has it all for families, couples and friends alike! Everything you could possibly need awaits you for your mountain vacation. Enter from the front deck and take in the beautiful distant tree views and pristine golf course below. Warm knotty pine walls greet you in the Living Room and kitchen on the main level with a full bath and bedroom. Upstairs is the decked out game room ready for kids of all ages. A full bath and 2 bedrooms upstairs completes this charming mountain home.
Enter into the main level with Kitchen and Dining Area with 3 additional seats at counter plus Living Room. Please note the Living Room does not have a TV. This level also includes a full bath and bedroom with sleeper sofa and TV with Atari classic video games. The upper level family room has a futon bed, foosball and games for children with laundry. The first bedroom on the upper level has a twin bunk and 2 full/queen beds.The second bedroom has a queen bed. A full bath completes this level. There is also a fenced yard for the fur babies and children!
The entire home except for there locked supply closet in the main floor bedroom.
**Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.
The Dogwood Cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. You may call or text. If there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately.
This home is in the golf course community of Lake Arrowhead with a view of the golf course. The Country Club is across the street but is private. This is a residential neighborhood with full time tenants, therefore we ask that you follow the quiet hours found in the house rules.
Blue Jay Village is 2.3 miles away, Lake Arrowhead Village is 3.8 miles away, SkyPark Santa's Village is 5.1 miles away, Snow Valley Ski Resort is 16 miles away and Big Bear is 28 miles away.
Dogs welcome with approval from management. There is a $150 pet fee per pet. This will be paid separately through Airbnb. No cats or huskies please.
There are two TVs in the home, both Smart TVs.
The home has a wood-burning fireplace in the Living Room, wood not provided but can be purchased locally.
The BBQ is propane, propane is not provided, but if some is left by a previous guest it may be used or exchanged locally.
*Due to COVID-19* The Mountain is experiencing a propane shortage, and you may have a hard time finding propane locally on the Mountain.
This house does have Air Conditioning window units in the upper two bedrooms during the summer.
We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or in some cases put them on. to be allowed up the mountain.
The driveway offers lots of parking but is up-sloping. During the winter when it is snowing it can be icy. We do provide ice melt and shovels. If further assistance is needed we are always available to help. PLEASE NOTE DRIVEWAY IS VERY STEEP.

**This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to:
There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs.
We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues.
Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first.
There is a House Manual in the home.

-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
