The property accommodates up to 12 guests and features three bedrooms, a private swimming pool, covered outdoor dining area, gas BBQ, foosball table, fiber-optic internet, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and complimentary beach essentials.
The Space
The home features a bright and airy open-plan design with plenty of natural light and comfortable spaces for the entire group.
The main living area includes comfortable seating, a large dining table, and an open connection to the kitchen, creating an inviting space for families and friends to spend time together.
A dedicated work desk and fiber-optic internet also make the property convenient for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.
For a little friendly competition, the living area includes a foosball table, perfect for guests of all ages.
Bedrooms

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features comfortable furnishings, soft colors, decorative wall art, a TV, and a private bathroom.
A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.
A baby crib may also be available upon request.

Playa Hermosa Beach Access
Guests have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach, located just a short walk from the property.
Playa Hermosa is famous for its surfing, beautiful sunsets, tropical surroundings, and Pacific coastline.
Spend your days surfing, walking along the shore, sunbathing, or simply relaxing while watching the sunset.
Two foldable beach chairs are available in the laundry room for guest use. Please return them after visiting the beach.

Important Beach Club Notice
Under current Hermosa Palms policies, rental guests do not have access to the Hermosa Palms Beach Club.
Guests continue to have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach.
Wildlife & Tropical Environment
Staying in Playa Hermosa means being surrounded by Costa Rica's incredible natural environment.
Depending on the season and natural conditions, you may see monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, turtles, and other local wildlife throughout the surrounding area.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, but experiencing Costa Rica's biodiversity is one of the highlights of visiting this region.
Because the property is located in a tropical environment, insects are also a natural part of life in Costa Rica.

Pets must remain on a leash when appropriate, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Only house-trained pets should stay inside the property.

Private transportation and van tours may be available upon request.
Transportation from Juan Santamaría International Airport to Playa Hermosa may be arranged for:

Guests have private access to the areas of the home included with their reservation, including the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, private swimming pool, outdoor dining area, and BBQ area.
Guests also have free access to Playa Hermosa Beach.
Security & Residential Registration
Hermosa Palms is a private residential community with security.
Before arrival, security requires information for all registered guests.
Please provide:

ID or passport number
Vehicle license plate number, when applicable
Providing this information in advance helps make entry into the community easier and more efficient.
Visitors
Visitors who are not included in the reservation may be subject to an additional fee of:
$25 per person, per day
Visitor access is subject to approval and availability.
Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the property.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Subject to availability, we may offer the following options for an additional $150 each:
Early check-in beginning at 8:00 AM
Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM
One day before arrival, we may also be able to confirm a complimentary 2:00 PM check-in, depending on availability.
Please contact us in advance if you would like to request one of these options.
House Rules & Important Information
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the private swimming pool or visiting the ocean.
Temporary interruptions to internet, electricity, or water service may occasionally occur in the area and may be outside of our control.
Construction, renovations, or maintenance work may occasionally take place elsewhere within the residential community.
Maintenance personnel may occasionally access the property's storage or maintenance areas or perform routine pool maintenance during your stay.
Because this is a private home, unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally occur. If you notice anything that requires attention, please contact us immediately so we can arrange assistance as quickly as possible.
