    The Westin Chicago Lombard welcomes two dogs up to 75 lbs for an additional fee of $50 per stay. Dogs may be left unattended in rooms, but must be crated for housekeeping to enter. There is a grassy pet relief area with waste station on the property. Cats are not accepted. For same day arrivals, please call 877‑411‑3436 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

      No support

      When I asked for bowls for the dogs, the staff acted like they had never had that request before and none were provided.

      Good Location

      No real issues other than being placed in a room on the 11th floor. Fairly fast elevator, so trips outside were not that difficult.

      Great hotel

      The Westin was a great place to stay with our 2 dogs. We had no issues from other guests and staff. The Starbucks personnel gave them Puppacinos two mornings while we got extra coffee. Poop bags were provided on the sidewalk in the parking area. There was a nice paved walking path. We would definitely stay there again.

      Wonderful stay with the girls. Everything was clean and staff was very helpful.
