Park Street Cottage
A classic Payette Lake charmer, this three bedroom, two bath home accommodates up to 7 guests. The home features a bright and friendly living space with nautical ambiance. Distressed wood flooring throughout and propane fireplace to take the chill off any time of the year. Efficient kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Chefs - if you've forgotten something, you're only a two-minute walk to the grocery store as Albertson's is right next door. Don't feel like cooking? Casual or casually elegant dining in downtown McCall is only a short stroll away. Spacious and pet-friendly backyard is fenced in for privacy and convenience and features beautiful fir trees.
The master bedroom with a queen size bed is located downstairs with an attached bath that can also be accessed through the hallway. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms - one bedroom has a full size bed and the other has two twin size beds. The upstairs also has a hall-access, full size bathroom. There is a full size daybed located downstairs in the entryway/mudroom - this is the fourth bedroom for this home.
The property is located only two blocks from Payette Lake and all that downtown McCall has to offer. You are in the middle of it all during Winter Carnival or any time of the year. Walk to the Manchester Ice & Event Centre and enjoy a hockey game or the McCall Starz on Ice! productions. Grab a fresh pastry and cup of hot coffee at nearby Stacey Cakes and take an early morning stroll to Art Roberts or Legacy Park. This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. If reserving through Airbnb, the pet fee is in addition to your reservation total and will be invoiced to you separately through Airbnb in the form of a Funds Request after you confirm your booking. Guests must pay the pet fee separately through this request.
This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
