But I had a dog, and was on the third floor. I couldn’t find a waste container. But the rooms were clean and everyone very helpful.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was pretty clean, but the carpet and floors were gross. Refrigerator was cleaned well inside, but the outside was splashed and sticky. Grassy pet area was full of poop and the poop bag station had no bags and the garbage bucket was overflowing. Also note that many folks live there full time. Some lovey nice people, but a few a bit scary. We found out the 1st night we were there that a resident had been murdered the previous week! We we’re pretty uncomfortable after that!

On Christmas Eve, we needed a hotel that was dog friendly & found Extended Stay by Woodfield! Comfortable room, friendly staff ( Thank you, Syed) & quiet location with plenty of potty area on premise. Other guests were also friendly & said very nice things about the staff!

We needed to get away from the city for our dog for the July 4th holiday as it sounds like a war zone in our area and he is scared of the fireworks. Schaumburg actually enforces the Illinois fireworks ban. The hotel is not near a residential area so we thought it would be less likely to have fireworks. It was much better than our house. We did hear a few booms but they were far away. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. We actually really liked the mattress. WiFi worked great. Also we needed to change our reservation and the BringFido rep was extremely helpful in changing our reservation.
