      Budget pet-friendly stay

      Room was good but hallways were very dirty/stained. No elevator to get the luggage upstairs. Breakfast area was clean.

      Nice green space

      This location is easy to get to. There is a nice, large grassy area in the back. The downside is there are feral cats that live and breed under the building (I saw two). According to the front desk the city won't let them do anything. The rooms are ok. It's a budget hotel so there are the expected flaws. Loud bath fan, a few poorly or not patched holes in the wall, and windows were filthy.

      Not good at all

      The employee who checked us in was super nice and helpful.
      However; the parking lot lights were all off, the grass had not been mowed for weeks. Our room had an overpowering bad smell that caused me to not be able to sleep well. It could have been Mold ? Maybe. Also the carpets in the halls were stained.
      I would definitely stay somewhere else !
