Half the hotel smells of old cigarettes.

They gave us the wrong room we wanted a king they gave us a double queen that I don’t think they cleaned the tub was gross there were ants and some bug with a million legs. Stuff was left in the fridge and in the morning all we could hear was the cleaning people talking and laughing.

This hotel was under construction. Our room stunk of pet urine and morning breakfast was not available, not even coffee!

Got there and was informed that there was a 10$ per pet per night fee. Second, the room was filthy. Looked like someone had been murdered in the shower, red coagulated stuff in corner of tub tile, mold between tiles and on ceiling in bathroom. No way would I shower there! The rug in the room was filthy, with dirt accumulated in corners and along walls. Chair was stained with heaven knows what. Final straw was a 4:10am call asking me if I wanted the airport shuttle after specifically telling front desk attendant I did not need one. 75% of the place is under renovation but 100% should be closed until renos are complete. Never again here!
