  Nice Staff, Rundown hotel

  Staff was great. Hotel is in need of renewal. Doors to room all nicked up, mold along floorboard of bathtub, bed covers stained. Would not stay here again.

  Meh, maybe I'd stay here again

  Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Minor touches were missed. Such as no box of tissues in bathroom. The hot breakfast included sausage patties (good) and powdered eggs (not so good). A reasonable accommodation - not great, not horrible - but other options for pet owners are close by the North Pyramid area.

  Clean and Great Location

  Received a first floor room just off lobby and breakfast area. The hotel was only a 20 minute drive from the Indy Motor Speedway and within a mile of the 465 beltway. My Boykin Spaniel had a good time with the double automatic entry doors. Decent breakfast provided.

  Room was dirty, air conditioner did not run properly, areas to take pet are suspect. Drive a little further.

  The room was exceedingly hot. The AC barely worked. The entire hotel is old, dated & tired. Tiny TV. Grassy area was small, dirty (cig butts, candy wrappers, etc.) and very unkempt. Clean but not great rooms. Loud doors & creaky floors kept my poor pup & myself awake 80% of the night. The staff was very nice but other than that, it was a mistake to stay there.

  Location was fine for us

  We were put in a room right around the corner from the front desk. Which in and of itself wouldn’t have been bad; however, the bathroom was terrible and right across from the laundry. It looked like there had been a major leak from above. Walls were decaying and when the faucet was running it wouldn’t drain unless the shower head was running. The shower head was partly plugged. The room was dark and musty. Some of the wood floor planks were buckled. It's disappointing that because we have a pet we were put in the worst room ever. And the night before we stayed in a La Quinta in Chattanooga TN and we’d rate that one 4.5 bones, which is why we chose another La Quinta.

  Comfortable and clean. Good green space for dog walking. A nice picnic area in the back of the lot. Not very urban at all.

  This was a clean, reasonable, convenient place to spend the night on a road trip. The ambiance was not comparable to other La Quintas were have visited. The hotel is a bit worn & dated. Water was actually pouring out of the ceiling when we checked in although this appeared to be an anomaly, and the staff continued to be courteous & attentive through the crisis. Pet walking are was equipped with bags & receptacle, which is a welcome convenience. Breakfast was basic. Overall, an acceptable place for a night's travel with your pet.

  Staff was super friendly! As soon as you walk into the lobby, I knew it was a good choice to stay here. It smelled refresh and seemed very clean. Our room was cleaned very well and there was even a note from a housekeeper to have a blessed day which I think reflects the staff at this location, caring. Bed was super comfortable and our goldendoodle absolutely loved it. Nice grass area for dogs to do their business. If you need a good place to stay with you dog that’s clean and comfortable. Pick this one. You won’t regret it. Oh and complimentary breakfast. Nothing too crazy cared more about staying in a clean hotel rather than the breakfast.

  Great location and clean!

  We were 45 min away when I called the hotel directly asking if they accept dogs and they did! The hotel clerk was very friendly when I spoke to him on the phone and I did not make a reservation because he said they had plenty of rooms and to have a safe drive until we got there. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order but that was no problem for us. We rather enter a hotel on the side door and go upstairs that way with our large breed dog. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town with our pup.
