Great location by the river. Hotel good sized and clean. However normal amenities missing: no microwave, no mini refrigerator, no breakfast unless you paid $17 for buffet. I asked if there was complimentary coffee or hot water. Nope, only in your room. Great area to walk your dog. Three restaurants in walking distance.

My only complaint would be that it had carpet that was stained and made it feel kind of dirty. The staff was great and the bed was comfortable.

It was nice to get out of the snow and ice storm for the night. I thought carpet was a bad choice for a room with pets. It looked dirty with stains. The people were nice and helpful. The beds were comfy.

Arrived late and it was very dark. Nice hotel but bedding didn’t fit the bed. Very little grass that I could see in the dark. Would stay again and hopefully be able to navigate the property during the day.

Our daughter, a University of Louisville student, begged us to bring her 12 yr old dog for a visit. Everything at this hotel was perfect! The lobby was clean and smelled great. The room was spacious, clean, and everything was in working order. There’s a small grassy area bordering the parking lot and a beautiful walking path along the Ohio River just steps away. The commute to the university was much easier than when we have stayed at hotels in Louisville. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel as a dog friendly location.

Sheets were stained, and there was no cold water on one side of the building. My kid nearly burned herself in the shower, so we switched rooms.

Very dog friendly, convenient to the highway and to Louisville. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and rooms are always clean and fresh.

Everyone was friendly at the front desk. We have a well behaved older large dog. Room was comfortable and clean. Bartender loved our pooch and she was allowed to be with us as we relaxed with an adult beverage. I walked her around the hotel and found a few places where she could potty. Not a lot of grass, but for one night, sufficient. Would stay again. Downside… they charge $14.99 for breakfast and no free coffee either except the crap in the room. Oh and no fridge or microwave in room.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice. There were plenty of places for Lou to Roam around outside. I would stay again!! It always makes the trip a little better when you have a comfortable clean place to stay.

Nice room but I came here because it said it was pet friendly and no charge. That part is true. But there is zero room for your dog to potty or have some space. They said go to any patch of grass and clean up. There really isn’t any grass except right up front. The other patches in the back are filled with rocks not grass. I had to walk my dog down the street to other property for grass for her to walk and potty. She’s a timid dog so it was a major inconvenience. Just saying.

Just needed a place to sleep for a couple of hours. No frills place (bring your own shampoo) but easy to get to, quiet and clean. Staff was very nice.

Bed was not cleaned upon arrival, toilet struggled to flush, handle bar on shower fell off and a leaky sink. Minor fixes.
We Would stay again and had no trouble with our dog but You can not leave pet unattended in the room, Just Incase anyone planned on doing that.
We appreciated our stay and even with a few hiccups we would stay again.

Our dog found the foil seal to a peanut butter container under the chair in our room. There was dog pee in the lobby and near the elevators. The owner of the dog should have told the front desk so they could have cleaned it. If you want to walk along the river, it's a steep hill so be careful. The bed was comfy. The price was ok. There are 2 restaurants connected to the building. Honestly, I would stay here again. I'd just look the room over. I can't blame the hotel for the pee; dog owners need to be responsible.

Room was clean and quiet. We were just passing through but would stay here again if we come back to stay in the area. Area has some nice things to see/do but with the Covid 19 situation most not possible to do at this time.

Friendly, clean rooms, no problems with our little Mastiff staying. Not great places for the bathroom but not a big deal at all.

We have 4 dogs, one large and three medium/small. They didn’t charge us a pet fee for any of them, the nightly rate was under $100. Check out was at noon but they let us stay until 2pm with no extra charge. They were very friendly to us and to our dogs.

Arrived at 1130pm, staff was cheerful (but not annoyingly so) and helpful. Very welcoming of the dog. Super comfortable beds, clean and crisp rooms. Only complaint is no late night room service (don't know of room service at all as it was one night) - only thing open that late close is Hooters. So make sure you get there before 10 if you plan to eat or stop en route.

Good hotel with friendly staff, pool, gym and business lounge. Only recommendation is they could put doggie bags and trash bins around. Pizza place around the corner allows dogs on terrace bar!
