WELCOME TO PARADISE!
Designed for indoor/outdoor living, we are family & pet friendly with 2 houses that include heat/air conditioning, a private heated pool, 8 person hot tub, trampoline, bocce, darts, pool table, ping pong & fireplaces. The property also includes 150 estate pinot noir vines, majestic redwood trees, lush gardens, herds of sheep in our front fields & Russian River creek swimming holes. Only 10 mins away is our town of Sebastopol and 20 mins is the stunning Pacific Coastline beaches.
Our 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom picturesque property boasts two separate and stunning living spaces.
The main 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is an airy modern Hawaiian style ranch home, consisting of an open floor plan, AC/Heat, floor to ceiling windows, skylights and wooden oak hardwood floorboards. The modern style farmhouse covered porch offers a swing with expanse views and the landscaped surrounding vineyards. An original wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room while you watch TV and movies on a 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with Streaming and Live TV stations and state-of-the-art home theater system. With Sonos in surround sound indoor and outdoor, our larger than life strobe, reflecting disco lights and mirrored wall create an instant dance party for all ages. If you must work and play, our Internet download speed of 200Mbps makes it easy, and an HP Laser Jet Printer is also available for your office needs. An indoor washer/dryer is also conveniently located in our fully equipped laundry room.
The large Chef's kitchen is perfect for entertaining and blends modern amenities with vintage charm. You and your guests will love creating spectacular feasts, using high-end appliances and cookware. The spacious and charming Master Bedroom includes an Eastern King bed, 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with Streaming and Live TV stations, ceiling fan, full bathroom with a sink in jetted bathtub, and an oversized walk-in closet. The room is accented with an architectural wooden truss with hardened steel brackets and remote operated skylight.
The large Queen bedroom is accented with a full closet and light and airy landscape surroundings.
The Twin bedroom consists of two trundle beds, each a Twin with a pull-out Twin bed underneath and can accommodate up to four guests.
The self contained cottage combines the sleek clean lines of contemporary design with the cozy farmhouse aesthetic to create a uniquely fresh take on the country living inspired style. It features a King bedroom, 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV with Streaming and Live TV stations, full living area with Cisco Brothers Seda Coastal Style feather down couch, working fireplace, full bathroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, Nespresso Vertuo Espresso and Coffee Machine with an Aeroccino Milk Frother, AC/Heat, and its own internet router with 200Mbps download speed wifi.

Driving is recommended around the neighborhood and there is ample parking for up to 6 -8 cars.
I live an hour away and I’m available to guests 24 hours a day. I love interacting, assisting them with any types of private wine tours or private chef bookings, or any other specialty items that will make their experience at Zegarra Estate more pleasurable.

Bringing your own car is best and we have ample parking on the property but Uber and Lyft are available as are chartered buses for winery tours.
The pool can be heated at a cost of $200 per night's stay (at a minimum of 3 nights) to heat to 85 degrees otherwise it normally runs between 65-70 degrees. It is definitely recommended outside of summer months if you are wanting to use the pool. Guests have access to the entire 6 acres of property including the creek that runs through the property, hot tub, heated pool, separate cottage, trampoline, bocce and fields.
For surfers, beaches are a 20 minute drive to some of the most spectacular coastline and surfing beaches, as well as best fishing spots, local seafood and also, water sports. There is no end of things to do in our special part of the world and wine country.
