Great staff. We found the room to be a bit small for our large German Shepherd so they accommodated us and moved us to a bigger room for the second night. Nice grassy area out the door and a large grassy field behind the hotel. Rooms were clean and breakfast okay. 👍

Friendly, kind, extremely helpful. Clean, good breakfast, Great green space to walk your dog. I left off one bone only because our room did have a strong cat urine odor, especially in the bathroom when you walked in. The odor never went away from the bathroom but when we shut the bathroom door the odor subsided from the rest of the room. I have two parents that have severe allergies and they did just fine in the room! Safe location. And again, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were very satisfied and would stay here again! :)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating upon check in. They even had cookies available and also dog treats
The room was clean, comfortable and it was a very quiet night.
There breakfast included sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy and coffee which was excellent.
Checkout was easy, thanks James for your help.
Will try to make Microtel Inn our regular stop.

Friendly front desk person. She had dog biscuits for my pup. Comfortable beds. I asked to change room to a first floor with our dog and was accommodated. Juice machines were out of order for breakfast. Nice touch, personalized water bottle upon checkout (would have been nice on check-in).

Very friendly staff. We had a great room right next to outside exit so it was easy to take dogs right out back. Not so much nice area for dogs to do their thing out back. Other area in front was right by the road, but okay. Would definitely stay again.

This nicely renovated but old motel tried hard in their marketing to sound like a “better” hotel so they could charge higher rates. But our “suite” was small, the amenities only fair. However, there’s a very nice dog park really close. All I can remember of the name is that it had the letters VA (for Veterans Administration) in it. We’ll stay in London again, but somewhere else next time.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a nice walking area with waste bags for my dog. Also, I enjoyed the variety of breakfast items. I made a reservation for the return trip.

The room needs a major upgrade. Everything that I took that needed to be plugged in, didn’t work. When I tried to plug it in the receptacle, it would fall out. The breakfast wasn’t too good, but was ok.

We complained multiple times over a period of 3 hours about the screaming kids up and down the hall and the people above us sounding like they would come through the roof. Staff ignored us. I finally got up at 3 a.m. and left because I figured if I was going to be awake I may as well drive. Complained to the hotel and all I got was "sorry the walls are thin." NEVER AGAIN.

We enjoyed our stay, but the hotel is a bit older. The area to walk our pup was close to a road, although the road was not frequently used. Bring your own bowls because the bowls provided by the hotel were quite small and flimsy. The dog treat at check in was a nice touch though!

Our dog was offered a treat at check in. Lots of floor room for our dog’s bed. Breakfast was wonderful. We all felt taken care of.

We stayed here as locals because we lost power during a snow storm. Very friendly, room was clean. We got a king suite because we have two German shepherds and the woman at check in said we’d be cramped in a regular room, and I think the king suite was a good call! They even gave both our girls treats!

It’s and old motel, but clean, and the young man checking us in was very hospitable. Room was clean, no bad odors. I’m told they will be getting a makeover. They’ve earned it. I hope they remain affordable too and never turn puppies away! Arrff!, “Freeway”

Second floor room was not ideal with pets. Room was very small and cramped. Location was nice next to amenities.

While the staff was very friendly, I found the room to be small, not like any of the pictures on the website. Our room was next to the pool so it was very humid, they did bring in a dehumidifier which did help. Our door did not shit with out long it closed and there was a gap at the top of the door where it did not fit in the doorframe correctly.
Will look for someplace different on the future as I thought the room was overpriced
