      Luxury Downtown Louisville

      Clean and a comfortable bed. $50 non-refundable pet fee. I really did not appreciate that although a service animal, I was still charged. Parking $40. The front counter attendant really couldn't explain where the parking is located clearly. As someone who had not been here before, some type of sign should be placed where parking is located.

      No Greenspace!

      In order for a hotel to call itself ‘pet friendly’ I believe that there needs to be some kind of opportunity for pets to relieve themselves. This hotel has none. It is very well located in downtown Louisville, but without any park or greenway of any sort. This really is a huge convention hotel with 2 very tall towers. Luckily we were on just the fourth floor, with our 2 mini schnauzers. This has been our third hotel stay on our way North from South Florida. So far this one finishes dead last.
